Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring across multiple roles, with strong stakeholder management and a data-driven approach to hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define job specifications Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate fitment Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination Maintain and update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Drive bulk hiring and campus recruitment initiatives (if applicable) Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and processes Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools Experience with ATS platforms and job portals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines Benefits 5 Days Working One Complimentary Meal per Day Internet Reimbursement Gym Reimbursement Group Medical Insurance Mental Health support benefits Relocation Assistance (if Applicable)
