Position Summary

Responsible for Restaurant reservations, logs, confirmations; daily menu update; amenity oversight; communications and relations with guests; outreach in community; trainer for guest services.

Essential duties and responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. People: Address callers in a warm, hospitable tone with clear articulation and proper use of English. Act as Restaurant Concierge: perform community outreach. Assist in training Guest Services and other Meadowood Staff Be a role model of Meadowood’s culture Product / Service: Answer all calls about the Restaurant.

Provide information. Make and confirm reservations Maintain reservation logs. Perform Guest Correspondence: thank you cards, apologies, Maintain detailed guest history in data base Arrange guest amenities Supervisory responsibility: None Qualification requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Compensation

The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour + tips. This is the rate Meadowood Napa Valley reasonably expects to pay. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education, and other job-related qualifications. This position is e ligible for service charge distributions and gratuities in accordance with company policy.
