Automation Specialist

Virtue. Staff is seeking an Automation Specialist to build backend workflows and software connections for a virtual assistant and administrative support company. This role translates efficiency concepts into practical, streamlined solutions by linking software applications, configuring multi-step workflow automations, and reducing manual operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated workflows and cross-platform integrations to convert operational concepts into functional solutions Build, configure, and optimize automations within Go. High. Level Manage integrations, forms, and custom web elements across WordPress websites and third-party plugins Connect project management workflows in Teamwork with communication and productivity tools in Google Workspace Monitor, troubleshoot, and test existing automated workflows to ensure continuous operational reliability Requirements Proven experience building workflows and backend automations Hands-on proficiency configuring automations inside Go.

High. Level Working knowledge of WordPress site management, configuration, and plugin integrations.
