We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselor to join our team on a part-time basis. **Job Overview:**As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for providing counseling and therapy services to individuals facing mental health challenges.

Your role

will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing emotional support, and guiding clients through their mental health journey.Responsibilities:- Conduct initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Offer counseling and therapy sessions to clients
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and confidential client recordsRequirements: -LCSW, Master Prepared
• Licensed as a counselor in the state of [North Carolina]
• Previous experience in providing counseling services to individuals with mental health concerns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
