**Job Overview:**As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to clients. You will work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals to ensure the best possible care for our clients.Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments to determine clients' mental health needs

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate client care
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Stay up to date on developments in mental health therapyRequirements:
• Master's degree in social work or related field
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in [North Carolina]
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
