Box 389, Reese, MI 48757; Fax 989-868-9570 or email mspencer@reese.k12.mi.us (See application material requirements below) QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development OR a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a valid Michigan teaching certificate and an Early Childhood (ZA or ZS) endorsement.

Experience working in early childhood education settings preferred. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early learning. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. REPORTS TO: Jenna O'Driscoll, Principal RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, implement, and assess developmentally appropriate lessons based on the GSRP curriculum.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child. Conduct ongoing child assessments and maintain accurate records in accordance with GSRP requirements. Collaborate with the Associate Teacher, GSRP Program Director, and other staff to ensure program compliance and quality.

Establish strong, positive relationships with families, maintaining open communication and involving them in their child's learning experience. Participate in professional development, team meetings, and program evaluations as required.
