Management Analyst

TMB is seeking a Management Analyst to perform business process analysis and organizational performance assessments supporting Navy programs at NSWC Port Hueneme Division (PHD). This position is contingent on award of a task order from the Warfare Center.

Responsibilities

Conduct organizational studies and business process evaluations. Develop performance metrics and reporting tools. Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities. Support implementation of process improvements and policy changes. Prepare reports and recommendations for management review.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or technical field. Minimum three (3) years of professional experience. Experience with performance measurement and business analysis. U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret Security Clearance required.
