Line Cook

Line Cook Line cooks are responsible for preparing menu items with consistency, quality, and efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high food quality standards.

Responsibilities include

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Maintain proper food preparation, cooking times, and presentation
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
• Assist with food prep and closing duties as required Compensation $18-$20/hour + tips
