Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food portions and presentation
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or issues to management Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification is required
