The Guest Experience Ambassador position provides guests with a consistent, positive and friendly experience at Highmark Stadium. Ambassadors serve as a welcoming, approachable, and knowledgeable presence throughout the stadium, providing accurate stadium directions and event specific information. As part of the role, Guest Experience Ambassadors provide a safe, clean, comfortable and family friendly experience for guests at Highmark Stadium.
