Job description
The Accessible Services Team Wheelchair Ambassador transports guests with accessible needs throughout gate and stadium entrances, concourses, premium spaces and other locations within Highmark Stadium. Guest wheelchair transportation is offered to and from a guests ticketed seating location to provide a safe and comfortable experience.
As part of the role, Guest Experience Wheelchair Ambassadors provide a safe, clean, comfortable and family friendly experience for guests at Highmark Stadium.
