Customer Service Specialist I

As our Customer Service Specialist, your primary role will be to accurately and professionally correspond with customers via phone and email. You will answer product/service questions, provide delivery status updates and tracking information, resolve issues in a timely manner and engage other departments within the company as needed.

You will process standard catalog product orders by entering data into our ERP system, entering commissions and sending confirmations to customers. You will be expected to collaborate with a variety of functional areas including sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain and operations to support our customers.
