IT Support Officer

Develop and maintain service portal, pages, widgets and catalog items for updates and enhancements. Create customized reports and database views. Enhancements, optimization, and support of existing modules including Incident, Problem and Change Management Check, advise, test and implement upcoming patches, hotfixes, and release upgrades Assist and advise on gathering and scoping of Service.

Now requirements from business users. Troubleshoot any issues with CMDB discovery based on incident management SLA. Monitor discovery health for CMDB maintenance.

Requirements

Minumum Bachelor degree qualification in relevant field. Minimum of three years experience in relevant field Knowledge in maintain service portal and web pages Good Communication in English Must have the knowledge to handle the above-mentioned jobs scope/
