Associate – Privileged Access Management (PAM) Solution

Job Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations of PAM / IAM solutions (e.g., ARCON, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp Vault). Monitor privileged access sessions, alerts, and audit logs. Assist in onboarding servers, applications, databases, and network devices into PAM. Manage privileged account lifecycle (creation, rotation, suspension, and deletion).

Perform password vaulting, credential rotation, and access policy enforcement. Conduct initial analysis of PAM alerts and escalate incidents as per SOPs. Support compliance audits and provide required reports and documentation. Coordinate with IT, security, and application teams for PAM integrations and SIEM Escalated incidents.

Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation. Participate in shift-based support and on-call activities if required. Knowledge requirement: Basic understanding of Privileged Access Management and identity security concepts. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix) and Active Directory. Familiarity with authentication methods, access controls, and security policies.

Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, ports, firewalls). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Ability to analyze logs and alerts and follow incident response procedures Skill Requirement: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Good documentation and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced security environment Experience: 0–2 years of experience in IAM/PAM, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure roles.

Hands-on exposure to PAM tools such as ARCON, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea or similar. Awareness of compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOX, PCI-DSS). Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus. Certifications (nice to have): ARCON Certification for PAM Basics, PAM Administrator, PAM Implementer, and PAM Professional CompTIA Security+, CEH IAM-related certifications Qualifications: BCA, BCS, BE/B Tech
