Pay: $22.00 - $ 26.00 per hour

Coastal Women's Healthcare is looking for a Patient Services Representative to be a welcoming first point of contact for our patients. This role handles a high volume of incoming calls and helps patients navigate their care by scheduling, rescheduling, and

coordinating appointments across our providers and departments. The ideal Patient Service Representative is friendly, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a busy healthcare environment.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all patients, including new patients.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments across multiple departments and providers.
• Use computerized scheduling systems to match patient needs with provider availability.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records to support patient flow and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and team members to resolve scheduling issues.
• Manage inbound referrals, appointment requests, and medical record release requests through the patient portal.
• Process and route incoming faxes, records, and referrals into the electronic health record system.
• Work within a cross-trained team to ensure department coverage and smooth operations.

• Comfort with computerized scheduling systems and electronic health records (experience preferred).
