Job description
Your Tasks Areas of Responsibility Collect, structure, analyze, and interpret data. Identify trends and patterns and derive actionable insights to support business decision-making. Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and Sales Manager. Process available data and prepare presentations. Regular Activities Maintain and update sales data databases for customers providing sales reports.
Interpret sales data, analyze available competitor’s activities and provide analytical support to Key Account Managers. Report customer sell-in and customer sell-out performance in agreed formats, depending on data availability and the required reporting frequency and team needs. Prepare presentations for various business needs, including target setting, investment analyses for meetings and business reviews etc.
Support the Category Manager in selected projects. Maintain customer-level PPLs and communicate updates and changes to the field sales team. Administer changes within the field execution tracking solution (ESTEH). Develop solutions and methodologies for managing and analyzing large volumes of data and propose solutions to optimize tasks within their area of responsibility.
Support the Sales Team with the operational calculation of activity costs related to key customers. Assess promotional budgets and confirm or recommend revisions to promotional strategies based on historical trends and performance. Administer promotions within the TPM tool. Prepare credit notes for all markets. Reporting Sales performance versus targets by customer across all markets.
Customer sell-in and key customer sell-out reports. BDF shelf share and assortment share (for customer where data is available) Promotional budget status for key customers and distributors. Distributor sales reports. Monthly distributor inventory reports. Field execution performance reports. Other activities and reports as required as part of the regular business process.
Ensure compliance with applicable internal policies, processes, and company standards. Price list update and distribute as per internal agreement.
Your Profile
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in sales analysis, reporting, or a commercial environment is an advantage but not required. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Nielsen tools and SAP. Basic knowledge of Power BI. Very good command of English.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, and a results-oriented mindset.
