Back of House Team Member / Shift Leader in Training Part-Time & Full-Time | $14.00–$20.00 per hour Join Our Kitchen Team We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Chick-fil-A Back of House (Kitchen) Team. Previous restaurant or leadership experience is helpful, but not required. Position Requirements: Reliable transportation to and from work. Regular and dependable attendance. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform routine cleaning tasks.

Comfortable working around hot equipment and occasionally in refrigerated/freezer areas. Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Availability to work scheduled evenings and Saturdays as required. What You’ll Do: Prepare high-quality food with speed and accuracy. Follow Chick-fil-A food safety and quality standards.

Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and organized. Work with urgency during busy periods. Support and communicate with your teammates. Complete opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities. Learn multiple kitchen positions. Leadership Opportunity: Team Members who demonstrate reliability, initiative, strong performance, and leadership ability may have the opportunity to train as a Shift Leader.

Shift Leaders learn to run shifts, coach Team Members, maintain food safety and quality standards, solve problems, and help create a positive and productive kitchen. Leadership opportunities are earned through consistent performance and demonstrated readiness.
