Project Manager/Estimator

Summary: Manages all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating closely with superintendents and project teams to ensure successful completion. The Project Manager/Estimator leads planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement while maintaining compliance with contract requirements.

They will oversee document control, change management, and ensure timely completion of closeout. The PME/E will build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design teams, and trade partners, while supporting business development efforts and mentoring team members. Expectation for estimating responsibilities will be business unit dependent.
