Project Estimator

Summary: The Project Estimator oversees all phases of preconstruction, from cultivating client and partner relationships to preparing accurate estimates, budgets, and value engineering solutions.

Responsibilities include

managing bid processes, coordinating with internal teams, and collaborating directly with owners, architects, and engineers to ensure quality. The Project Estimator will be able to serve as lead estimator on commercial projects, especially CM/GC work, with the ability to independently manage $10M+ ground-up projects.
