The Mortgage Loan Servicer is responsible for providing accurate and timely servicing and post-closing support for NBC’s mortgage loan portfolio by maintaining loan records, processing payments and servicing transactions, managing escrow accounts, insurance, taxes, PMI, and flood insurance requirements, and ensuring the integrity of loan data throughout the loan lifecycle. This role researches and resolves account discrepancies, monitors loans in various stages, prepares and reviews a variety of operational and regulatory reports, supports investor and credit bureau reporting, performs account reconciliations and audits, and assists with HMDA reporting and adverse action file maintenance. The Mortgage Loan Servicer plays a key role in mitigating operational and reputational risk by ensuring compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations while maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy, accountability, and customer service.

Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field and/or two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet performance goals while maintaining accuracy, quality, and efficiency Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and navigate complex or evolving situations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Proficiency in mathematical calculations, including interest, rates, ratios, and percentages Commitment to NBC's core values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Accountability Compensation and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.

59 to $30.00 per hour, contingent on relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
