Bar Manager

Job Description: The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the bar program at Mi-Vida. This includes managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the highest quality of beverages for guests. The role also involves supervising bar staff, developing the drink menu, and promoting the bar program through creative marketing and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

& Accountabilities: Manage and optimize the bar program, including creating seasonal menus and selecting drink offerings. Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring staff are trained on product knowledge, customer service, and safety standards. Maintain inventory control, order supplies, and manage costs to maximize profitability.

Ensure all alcohol-related laws and regulations are adhered to. Supervise and train bar staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing ongoing feedback. Work with management to develop and implement marketing strategies for the bar program. Handle customer complaints or concerns related to beverages, ensuring prompt resolution.

Qualification Requirements: Must be able to pass TSA federal background check to work in the airport. Prior experience in bar management and extensive knowledge of the beverage industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage inventory and control costs.
