Financial Management Analyst

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the AMPHIBIOUS ASSULT AND CONNECTORS PROGRAM OFFICE (PMS 317) of DPAE EXPEDITIONARY AND MINE WARFARE.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Experience working in Federal government financial and contract management systems. 2.) Knowledge of government contract structure and invoice management. 3.) Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analysis to interpret interrelated financial reports and outcomes. 4.) Expert ability to interpret, assess, and project impact of budgetary and personnel changes as they relate to professional service support contracts. 5.) Skill in writing and communicating findings and program recommendations.
