Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire a Product Specialist at our Chula Vista location. This is a hourly full-time position plus commission with average pay ranges between $45,000 to $90,000 a year.

Pay range

scale can fluctuate based on one individual sales performance. We offer full benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, Matching 401K, Demo Days and Work Outings. Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM (40 hours/week). Days Off: Sunday and Monday – we're gone riding!

You are a great fit if you can: Engage and assist every customer that enters the dealership with exceptional customer service. Collaborate with management and various departments to ensure a seamless experience and transition for every customer. Utilize CRM to log every customer lead and interaction. Provide impeccable product knowledge by completing all available OEM training programs.

Support with relocating and rebranding dealership showroom when necessary. Perform other related duties for the benefit of the dealership. Other requirements and Skills: Must be able to provide a valid salesperson license before day of hire. Minimum of 2 year of powersports experience. Motivated to meet goals in a consistent manner.
