Digital Transformation Manager

You'll tackle a diverse range of strategic challenges across industries, contributing directly to building and expanding our clients' presence in the Netherlands.

Requirements

• You hold a Master’s degree and are passionate about business transformation.
• You bring 4+ years of professional experience, ideally with a solid background in management consulting or a comparable role in the industry.
• You’ve developed or are developing expertise in one or more areas of our clients' service offering. For example; sustainability, digital solutions, digital transformation, business transformation.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills.
• You’re fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are motivated to take initiative.You embody the INSPIRE values that guide our work and culture.
• You’re aligned with our mission to create positive impact—for clients and beyond.
• You are based in the Netherlands and available to work in Amsterdam.
