Job description

  1. E-Commerce Business & Sales Management Lead the overall E-Commerce business and achieve sales and profitability targets. Develop business plans and sales forecasts, monitor performance, and drive actions to close gaps and capture opportunities. Develo E-Commerce as a main channel for improving Brand reputation and providing premium brand experience especially thru Web-shop channel
  2. Channel, Product & Promotion Management Define strategies and operating plans for the official mall and marketplace channels. Lead product assortment, demand planning, pricing, promotions, new product launches, and key partner management.
  3. Digital Marketing, CRM & Customer Experience Set the overall direction for E-Commerce promotions, digital advertising, and CRM activities. Partner with relevant teams to improve traffic, conversion, marketing efficiency, and the overall online customer experience.
  4. Data, Systems & Process Improvement Analyze business performance and translate insights into clear actions and priorities. Oversee E-Commerce platforms and drive system and process improvements with local and global teams.
  5. Budget & Profitability Management Manage the E-Commerce budget, cost forecast, and key cost drivers to improve profitability and resource efficiency.
  6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and develop the E-Commerce team by setting clear priorities, goals, and performance expectations. Lead cross-functional collaboration and act as the key local contact for global HQ and central ECommerce teams.
