HR Service Center Coordinator - Seasonal

This role provides frontline support for employee benefit needs, ensuring questions, life events, benefit changes, and related requests are handled accurately and efficiently. The position guides employees through key benefit processes, supports benefit education for new hires, and helps ensure accurate administration and follow-up within UKG and with benefit partners.

The role also supports broader Total Rewards initiatives, contributes to process improvements, and helps keep the HR Service Center informed of benefit plan changes. Success requires strong attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly with employees across the organization.
