Bar Staff

Battersea brewery is a microbrewery & taproom located in the shadow of the power station. With a focus on craft beers both made onsite and a variety of bottles and cans from all over the world, plus cocktails and wine, we're looking for bar staff keen to learn more about beer, enjoy busy active shifts & love a bit of fun!

An interest in craft beer would help, though we're happy to teach, the right attitude is more important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks accurately and efficiently
• Greet and engage with customers, making them feel welcome
• Handle transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Requirements:
• Previous experience as a bartender or in customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
