Job Description : We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiting Staff for the upcoming Festive Season.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service, ensuring our customers have a positive and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in the door. Key Responsibilities

Waiting Staff: Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Take food and drink orders accurately. Serve food and beverages to customers with attention to detail. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about the menu. Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions.

Ideal Candidate : Experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not required. A friendly and approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering great service. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
