Join our Global Technology Services team as an Engineer – Digital Platforms and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of TMF’s digital client platforms. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions. If you have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for digital innovation, this role is for you.

Provide technical support for applications hosted on Azure and Data Centers, including diagnosing and fixing issues. Assist with deployment and testing of new components and updates. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues promptly. Maintain documentation of support activities and processes. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support. Proactively monitor applications and manage releases and hotfixes. Ensure compliance with ITIL & ITSM principles.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 5+ years of experience in application support or similar technical role. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, web services, and microservices. Experience with monitoring tools and application release management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility to work outside normal business hours. Technical Skills Backend: Java, Spring Boot. Frontend: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Database: MSSQL. Cloud: Windows Azure (good to have). Tools: Helix, Remedy, DevOps.
