As an Accountant Executive you will support the A&T Team in managing a portfolio of accounting and tax clients in accordance with local legislation and internal regulations. This role involves assisting with the preparation of accurate and timely deliverables, ensuring compliance with TMF procedures and standards, and providing operational support to the team under the guidance of the responsible.

Preparing clients’ accounting records under supervision Checking that payments align with client instructions Preparation of tax returns and related documentation Drafting annual financial statements and provide support during statutory audits Preparation of annual or periodic tax computations Support and manage clients and internal requests in a timely manner Provide transparency on financial data through accurate record-keeping Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to gather required information Ensure daily accounting processes and deliverables meet quality standards

Fluent in English both written and spoken Degree in Finance, or a comparable level achieved through exposure and experience At least 4 years’ experience in Accounting Knowledge of formulas used within Microsoft Ecel Proven ability to work to tight deadlines Proven accountancy knowledge Good knowledge of TAX and other corporate taxation matters Good knowledge of international financial reporting standards Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for companies in Malta
