Corporate Actions Specalist

Do you enjoy working through detailed SWIFT messages to get corporate actions right? Are you able to manage large volumes and tight timelines while maintaining accuracy and quality? We are looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist to help us:

• Scrub and cleanse custodian MT564 and MT568 data to create accurate corporate action announcements
• Validate corporate actions data against custodian SWIFTs and other market sources
• Execute and support voluntary corporate actions processing, ensuring timely and accurate client outcomes
• Send client instructions to third parties and support execution across custodians and counterparties
• Post online cash and security transactions, reconciling entitlements and payments to client accounts
• Liaise with clients, account management, custodians, and internal teams to resolve breaks and clarify event details
