On-Call Rovers are compensated at a higher rate due to their commitment to filling open shifts on short notice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide security coverage for open shifts caused by call-outs, staff shortages, new site openings, and other urgent needs. Respond to shift requests within a four-hour call-in window based on the availability they provide. Work at various locations, with shift times and site assignments varying as needed. Maintain a professional presence and adhere to all site-specific and company policies.

Communicate promptly with leadership regarding shift confirmations and any scheduling conflicts. Position Requirements: Must be dependable and able to respond within the agreed call-in window. Flexible availability to accommodate fluctuating shift needs. Ability to quickly adapt to different work environments and site protocols.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: This position does not have a guaranteed minimum number of hours. Schedules will vary based on company needs.

Compensation
