Lead, schedule, and develop residential HVAC installation crews Monitor installation quality, safety, productivity, and performance Handle hiring, training, coaching, and performance management Ensure installations are completed on time, to code, and to company standards Conduct jobsite visits and quality inspections Work with sales, service, warehouse, and dispatch teams to coordinate installations Resolve installation issues and customer concerns Manage equipment, materials, and labor efficiency Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Support pricing approvals and subcontractor coordination Qualifications What You'll Need: 5+ years of HVAC installation experience or HVAC management experience Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, electrical, refrigerant piping, and airflow Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of local HVAC codes and safety requirements Valid driver's license Basic computer and reporting skills Note: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
