Part-Time Call Center Agent (Onsite)

PART-TIME CALL CENTER AGENT (BATANGAS CITY ON-SITE) Salary: PHP 8,800 Job Description: Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitation and/or sales. Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales.

Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software. Respond to emails. Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Meet service level agreements set forth. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Available at least 4 hours per day for a minimum of 6 months. Excellent English communication skills. Typing Speed of at least 40WPM. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment. Customer-first attitude, with the ability to adapt to different personalities.

Strong problem-solving and quick-learning ability. No BPO experience required ; students, home makers, and part time workers are welcome to apply. So, why join us? Work set-up: On-site Batangas City.
