Call Center Agent (Hybrid/Onsite)

Be part of a passionate team and create opportunities! CALL CENTER AGENT (ON-SITE or HYBRID) Job Description: Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales. Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales. Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Respond to emails. Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Meet service level agreements set forth. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be willing to work on-site in Batangas City. Excellent English communication skills. Typing Speed: at least 40WPM. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently. Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities. Intelligent. No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
