Coordinator of Community Belonging

The Coordinator of Community Belonging supports the Offices of Community Standards and the CARE Team within the Student Experience and Quality Assurance Division. This position manages student caseloads, investigates referrals, meets with students, connects them with campus resources, and promotes personal growth, accountability, and respect for the campus community through the principles of the Bearcat Creed.

The ideal candidate demonstrates enthusiasm, creativity, empathy, strong organizational and documentation skills, and a commitment to student success and belonging.
