Technical Lead - Data Engineering

About this role: The company is expanding its data engineering capacity to support a growing product portfolio and rising analytical demand from internal teams and enterprise customers. This opening establishes senior technical leadership within the company's Sri Lanka-based engineering group, working in close partnership with the data team in the United States and elsewhere.

The Technical Lead is a hands-on individual contributor who owns technical direction for assigned workstreams, data modeling, pipeline architecture, and platform reliability, and raises the group's engineering standard through design and code reviews and mentorship.
