No Cold Calling. No Prospecting.

Our marketing and sales support teams keep the leads coming. Your appointments are pre-qualified and scheduled for you, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing sales.

HVAC experience is not required.We provide industry-leading training. However, successful candidates must haveat least five years of proven sales experience, includingin-home sales experience.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Sales Representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by helping them identify the best HVAC solutions for their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and present customized HVAC and home comfort solutions

• Recommend system replacements, upgrades, and maintenance program options

• Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to close

• Build trust and deliver an outstanding customer experience

• Follow up after installation to ensure complete customer satisfaction

• Maintain communication with prospective customers to convert open opportunities into sales

• Address customer concerns and overcome technical and business objections

• Prepare proposals, pricing, financing options, and sales agreements

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Participate in community events, referral programs, trade shows, and other sales initiatives

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience

• Previous in-home sales experience required

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills

• Self-motivated with a passion for helping customers

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review
