Full-Time Day Nurse Tech – Hillcrest Health & Rehab Location: Bellevue, NE Address: 1702 Hillcrest Drive, Bellevue, NE 68005 Service Line: Hillcrest Health & Rehab Schedule: Full-Time Days Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Nurse Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE.

As a Nurse Tech, you will help bring that mission to life by providing thoughtful, respectful care and helping residents and guests maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

What You’ll Do As a Nurse Tech , you will work closely with nurses and the care team to provide daily support and direct care to residents and guests. You will: Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Help residents and guests with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.

Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily care needs. Respond promptly to call lights and requests for assistance. Observe residents and guests for changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse. Support individualized care plans and daily routines. Help maintain comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety during care.

Complete required documentation accurately and on time. Support infection-control and safety practices throughout the community. Work closely with nurses, Medication Aides, and other team members to provide consistent care. Assist with maintaining clean, organized resident and guest areas. Jump in wherever needed to support the care team and those we serve.

Education

& Credentials Active Nebraska CNA certification required . Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant course required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, senior living, healthcare, or a similar setting preferred. Why Hillcrest Health & Rehab? Physical & Other Requirements Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Must be able to safely perform the physical duties associated with direct resident care.

Must be able to assist with lifting, transferring, repositioning, and mobility needs. Must be able to perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and movement throughout the shift. Must be flexible and calm when responding to changing resident or guest needs. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced care environment.

Must be able to utilize electronic documentation and other healthcare technology as required. Must follow established infection-control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
