Senior MEP BIM Modeller

We are looking for a Senior MEP BIM Modeller with 4+ years of relevant experience in BIM modelling, MEP systems, and construction documentation. The candidate should have strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), with the ability to independently manage modelling, coordination, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain detailed 2D/3D MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Prepare and update electrical, mechanical, plumbing, construction, coordination, and as-built drawings. Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks. Review, identify, track, and resolve coordination issues through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).

Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines. Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project and BIM standards. Manage scan-to-BIM, point-cloud alignment, and as-built modelling activities where required. Coordinate with project and engineering teams to resolve technical and modelling issues.

Maintain project documentation, model revisions, and BIM deliverables in line with established workflows. Independently manage assigned tasks, prioritize deliverables, and ensure timely completion.

Requirements

4+ years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and MEP projects. Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering/ Civil/Mechanical. Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Practical experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection. Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).

Prior team-leading experience, with the ability to guide junior team members and coordinate modelling activities. Strong managerial capabilities, including task allocation, workload management, progress monitoring, and deadline management. Good understanding of MEP systems, construction drawings, and BIM coordination workflows.

Ability to independently manage assigned modelling and documentation activities. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
