Job description
Salary range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, plus potential bonus. Holland is seeking an experienced, service-focused, maintenance professional to join our property maintenance team at our multi-site community, Sabine and Rosewind, in Denver, Colorado. The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to ensure all physical aspects of the property are maintained to meet company set standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
