The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for restaurant guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience.

This role involves handling dining room reservations, greeting customers, answering the phone and taking outside orders for our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage dining room reservations efficiently. Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information. Process carry-out orders and room service for the restaurant. Maintain a clean and organized host area. Assist guests with inquiries and special requests.

Required Skills

& Qualifications: Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Utilize Open Table app for dining room reservations. Professional attire and demeanor to represent the hotel’s standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask. High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or education is a plus.
