Eleven Revelstoke Lodge is seeking a skilled A La Carte Line Cook to enhance the culinary offerings at Quartermaster Eatery. This role is centered on supporting the dinner service by preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with our standards. The A La Carte Line Cook will collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient meal service, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
This position requires a solid background in a fast-paced kitchen environment, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential. This full time, seasonal position earns between $22.00 and $24.00 per hour and is eligible to receive gratuities. The summer season runs May
