Breakfast & Line Cook

Quartermaster Eatery is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast & Line Cook to enhance our in-house guest culinary experience. This role is responsible for preparing and executing breakfast dishes, take-out picnic or heli lunches, and some après preparation, with an emphasis on both savory and baked goods. This position will work closely with team members to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

This position requires prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, proficiency in breakfast cooking and baking, and a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation, as well as Food Safe certification. This full time, seasonal position earning $22.00 per hour and is eligible to receive gratuities. The winter season runs December through April
