岗位职责 / Duties:

  1. 搭建外卖业务经营指标体系，建立经营监控和分析框架，识别并诊断经营异动。

  2. 从用户、商户等角度开展经营分析和专题研究，为业务策略制定和迭代提供输入。

  3. 针对重点经营策略项目，制定目标、规划策略并通过项目管理统筹策略落地，达成业务目标。

  4. Develop operation management frameworks for daily, weekly, and monthly cycles, compile business operation reports, identify key business signals and strategic opportunities, initiate timely discussions to reach consensus, and provide guidance for business development.

  5. Conduct strategy analysis from user and merchant perspectives to provide insights for business strategy formulation and iteration.

  6. Formulate goals and planning strategies for key business strategy projects, manage project execution to ensure strategy implementation, and drive the achievement of business objectives.

任职要求 / Requirements: 1.3年以上商业分析经验，具备优秀的数据分析和文档撰写基本功，有过较复杂的专题或策略分析经验。 2.有良好的业务sense，对数据业务场景敏感，能够横向协同、跨团队整合资源，形成完整的解决方案。 3.熟练使用办公软件，熟练使用sql等数据分析工具

  1. Over 3 years of experience in business analysis with strong data analysis and documentation skills, and experience in complex strategic analysis.
  2. Strong strategic planning, logical thinking, communication, coordination, and resource integration skills; effectively promoting teamwork, pushing for the implementation and optimization of commerce strategies.
  3. Results-oriented, strong self-drive, learning ability, resilience; capable of quickly applying experiences from different fields; adaptable to market uncertainties; bold in innovation and breakthroughs.
  4. Good business sense and sensitivity to data business scenarios; ability to coordinate across teams, integrate resources, and develop comprehensive solutions.
  5. Proficient in using office software and data analysis tools such as SQL.
