**Key Responsibilities**

Build strong relationships and foster long-term customer loyalty through exceptional service and follow-up. Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned inventory with confidence and product knowledge. Manage your own sales pipeline using the latest CRM tools to track leads and customer interactions. Review and maintain daily inventory reports to stay informed about available vehicles.

Strategize with sales leadership to grow your personal market share and meet dealership goals. Track performance metrics and consistently meet dealership standards for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), gross average, and monthly unit sales. Stay updated on product certifications, features, and current market trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills & Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management tools. Ability to work collaboratively with sales leadership and team members.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meet and exceed sales targets. Knowledge of automotive products and market trends is preferred. ```
