Travel Social Worker

Rural hospital located several hundred miles northwest of Anchorage, AK seeking a full-time, Travel Social Worker to join their team. Pay: $60.00/hour Housing and Flights are provided! Travel Social Worker Opportunity: Provide medical social work services to patients of all ages, including the patients located in the Acute Care Unit, Primary Care Clinic Respond to requests for medical social work services, including case management, discharge planning, nursing home/assisted living placements, risk man agreement, crisis intervention, and care coordination Social Worker Coordinate nursing home and assisted living placements for patients.

6-month contract Travel Social Worker Qualifications: Must be a licensed Social Worker Performing medical social work, child protection or adult protection services or related field Ability to use and implement the psycho-social diagnostic process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation The Location: Rural, remote town northwest of Anchorage.
