The RN Quality and Risk Specialist provides leadership and oversight for quality, risk, and regulatory compliance programs, partnering with nursing leadership, medical staff, department directors, and operational teams to promote patient safety, continuous performance improvement, ongoing survey readiness, and adherence to CMS, Critical Access Hospital (CAH), and accreditation requirements.
