• Physician Office (PSR) is the first point of contact with patients, family members and caregivers in the office. The PSR represents Franciscan Physician Network through face-to-face, phone, and electronic communication to provide information, direction and support to internal and external customers. The PSR collaborates with providers, management and clinical staff to coordinate patient schedules and provide other administrative support. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Monday 9am-6pm, Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-6pm, Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-4:30om Provide exemplary customer service; greet and direct patients, family members, and other visitors. Answer incoming calls; respond to inquiries, or direct caller to appropriate staff for assistance. Schedule appointments and accurately enters data into scheduling system.

Register patients and enters or updates demographic and insurance information into EMR system. Communicate with clinical staff to maintain patient flow and update waiting patients. Collect patient payments; applies payments and adjustments to patient accounts. Balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers.
