CSP Technician II (1.0 FTE Alternating)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Pick cases and inventory CSP instrumentation Verify that equipment functions properly, requisition for equipment maintenance or repair Monitor biological and chemical measurements to ensure quality of sterilization of instruments Decontaminate and sterilize instruments and vendor pans. Assemble, wrap, and sterilize trays of instruments.

Sort mismatched sets of instruments, trays and make them available to sterile processing customers in a timely manner. Monitor, maintain, label and stocking of inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate Degree Preferred High School Diploma/GED Required 1 year Surgery Preferred 1 year Experience in Related Field Required Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) Required or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT)
